At JacknWear, orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery of our premium apparel. Because of this rapid fulfillment process, order cancellations are only possible within a limited time after purchase. This policy explains the conditions under which an order placed on jacknwear.com may be canceled.
Customer-Initiated Cancellation Window
Customers may request an order cancellation shortly after placing an order, depending on the order’s current status.
Awaiting Processing
Cancellation request within 1 hour of order placement
No cancellation fee, full refund issued
In Process or Packed
Cancellation request between 1 and 6 hours of order placement
A 15% cancellation fee applies
Shipped or Completed
Orders that have been shipped, marked complete, or assigned a tracking number cannot be canceled
Customers must follow the Return & Exchanges Policy after delivery
Important Conditions
If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and the order has not yet been routed to our fulfillment facility, we will issue a full refund of the purchase amount.
Cancellation requests received after 24 hours but before 48 hours may be approved with a 10% processing and handling fee. This fee covers payment processing, order preparation, and inventory allocation costs. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Once an order has been shipped or a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible under any circumstances.
How to Request an Order Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted to our Customer Support team and include the following information:

Reason for cancellation (optional)
Requests must be sent via email to support@jacknwear.com. Requests made through social media or other channels may not be processed.

JacknWear reserves the right to cancel an order at its discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
Item unavailability due to stock or quality issues
Payment verification or processing failure
Suspected fraudulent activity
Incomplete or unverifiable shipping or customer information
Refund Processing
Approved cancellation refunds are processed immediately after confirmation. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider. All refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
