Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for approved returns or approved order cancellations in accordance with our Return & Exchanges Policy and Order Cancellation Policy.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.
Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of wear, use, damage, odors, stains, or alterations of any kind.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
Clearance or discounted items
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Customized or made-to-order products
Gift cards or promotional items
Orders returned without authorization
Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where JacknWear confirms a defective or incorrect item.
If a return is rejected after inspection, the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Approval & Inspection
Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected within 3 to 5 business days. JacknWear reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on item condition and policy compliance.
If the return does not meet our standards, the refund will be denied and the item will be returned to the customer.
Refund Method
All approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds cannot be redirected to a different payment method, account, or store credit unless explicitly stated by JacknWear.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved and issued by JacknWear, please allow 7 to 15 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times are controlled by banks and payment providers and are outside of our control.
Partial Refunds
JacknWear reserves the right to issue partial refunds in cases where:
The item is returned with missing packaging or tags
The item shows minor signs of handling not consistent with new condition
A cancellation or return fee applies under another policy
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. If confirmed, JacknWear will offer a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping charges.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Abuse & Policy Enforcement
JacknWear reserves the right to refuse refunds, limit refund approvals, or block future orders from customers who show patterns of excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or policy abuse.
