EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

At JacknWear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below to ensure a smooth and quick return or exchange process. This policy applies to all purchases made on jacknwear.com.

Return Eligibility Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return authorization. Returns sent outside this timeframe may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:

Unused & Unworn
Items must be in original, brand-new condition with no signs of use, wear, odors, stains, scratches, creases, or damage of any kind.

Original Packaging
All original tags, labels, protective covers, and packaging must be intact and included.

Inspection Required
All returns undergo a quality inspection. Items that fail inspection will not be approved and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
Clearance or discounted items
Items marked “Final Sale”
Customized or made-to-order products

How to Initiate a Return

Request Approval
Email our support team at support@jacknwear.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return (optional but helpful). Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases of confirmed defects or errors on our part. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. JacknWear is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds
Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days after delivery. You’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Banks and payment providers may take 7–15 business days to post the refund after it is issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges (Fast Repurchase Method)
To ensure the fastest and most reliable exchange experience, place a new order immediately for the desired size, color, or style. Return the original item following our standard return process. Once approved, you’ll receive a refund for the returned item, excluding original shipping. This method guarantees availability and avoids delays caused by inventory checks.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email support@jacknwear.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. If confirmed, JacknWear will cover return shipping and you may choose a replacement or full refund, including original shipping.

Policy Abuse
JacknWear reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if we detect misuse of our policies, excessive returns, or items returned in unacceptable condition.
