Shipping Locations & Carriers
JacknWear currently ships to selected domestic and international destinations. Available shipping regions will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
We work with trusted shipping partners such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or equivalent local and international carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. This includes order verification, quality inspection, packing, and handover to the shipping carrier.
Business Days
Processing and shipping occur Monday through Friday, excluding national and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (US Time Zone) on Fridays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:
The name of the shipping carrier
Your tracking number to monitor delivery progress
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after shipment confirmation.
Shipping Responsibility & Risk of Loss
JacknWear is responsible for securely packaging and dispatching your order to the shipping carrier.
Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. JacknWear is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier after dispatch.
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. JacknWear is not responsible for missing or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are solely responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for original shipping charges and any reshipping fees. The order will only be resent after payment of applicable charges.
Address changes may be requested within 1 hour of placing an order. After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications due to rapid processing.
International Shipping
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Delays
International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, inspections, or local postal services. These delays are beyond our control, and JacknWear cannot guarantee delivery timelines for international orders.
